"Real estate direct has been one of the best landlords I’ve dealt with. We moved to Tucson and needed to find a rental with an immediate move-in. Chad was very responsive in getting us in to see a duplex and we had the paper work done that day. We also have 2 big dogs, so I was worried about the potential pet fees, deposits, rent, etc. but all they required was a reasonable refundable deposit, which is awesome! Lastly, we started looking to buy a home toward the end of our lease and they were accommodating enough to let us go month to month with no rent increase. "We have used Real Estate Direct Inc as our Property Management company for at least 10 years. I believe they work equally as hard for the owners as they do the tenants. Whenever we have a vacancy, Chad has a new tenant lined up to move in within a week or two. Chad also continues to inform us of all matters that may need attention.
